The Management Connection, Inc. (TMC) is hosting the sixth annual GREAT EXCHANGE conference beginning 5:00 pm, February 29, 2012. The conference will be held at Downtown 202 in historic Downtown Bryan.

Register Early

The momentum from last year’s GREAT EXCHANGE Conference has built a high level of interest in attending this year. Attendance at the GREAT EXCHANGE is by invitation. We invite managers who can make a meaningful contribution to the exchanges and make an impact with what they take back to their cities. Please note, the total number of conference attendees is limited to ensure everyone is given an opportunity to fully engage in the exchanges.

In addition, room requests will likely exceed the host hotel’s availability. So, REGISTER EARLY to ensure your spot at the 2012 GREAT EXCHANGE and a room in the host hotel.

Conference Content

The 2012 GREAT EXCHANGE conference will be a series of robust discussions around this year’s theme:

“Explore the Depth: Dive into the abundant capacity of your organization”

The format of the GREAT EXCHANGE conference continues to be a series of professionally facilitated, in-depth discussions around topics based on this year’s theme in which all conference attendees participate together in each exchange.

To ensure exploration of issues and/or needs of specific interest, the participants themselves will identify focus topics throughout the conference and within the theme. Participants will share their experiences and achieved results during interview segments followed by facilitated exchanges. Solution/ Execution Teams will be used to explore each topic.

Agenda

The Conference starts at 5:00 pm, Wednesday, February 29^th and concludes at 1:30 pm, Friday, February 29^nd. The Conference exchanges build upon each other from Wednesday's start through Friday's 1:30 finish.
